autochem ii 2920具有如下技术特征:
- 4个内部温度控制区可独立加热,最高达250 ℃(tcd)。这样可以防止气体在流动过程中凝结与吸附。
- 小体积的内部管路保证了高分辨率与快速探测器响应,并在计算气体体积时减少错误。
- 高度敏感的线性热传导检测器(tcd )确保校准体积在整个峰范围内保持恒定,从而峰面积与反应气体体积成正比关系
- 四个高精度的质量流量控制器提供非常准确、可程序控制的气体流量控制,保证了稳定的基线和气体体积的准确测定。
- 镀金tcd具有超强抗氨腐蚀性和抗氧化性,从而尽可能降低检测器损耗。
- 开合式加热炉能加热石英样品反应器到1100℃ 。可设定任意数量的升温速率和内置方法,方便定制的实验。 kwikcool功能冷却炉可使炉内温度迅速下降到环境温度,减少分析时间,提高测试量。
- 分别用于制备、载气和loop气的十二路进气口允许连接更多的气体,进行更为复杂的实验。例如tpr / tpo循环。
- 质谱仪端口和集成软件允许同时在热导检测器和质谱仪上进行检测。
- 蒸汽发生器允许蒸汽吸附反应,例如吡啶、苯和水。
- cryocooler冷浴槽可以在-110℃低温条件下开始进行反应,满足贵金属催化反应研究。
- 同时autochem ii 2920也可以根据客户实际需要进行各种定制。
